Over the last 6 months DFL have successfully completed and handed over 3 new Nursing Homes to Whitebox Property Group providing a total of 273 ensuite bedrooms, located in Waterford, Tramore and Kilkenny. The care homes are now part of the #Aedifica NV/SA portfolio, designed by Fewer Harrington & Partners, CSD Engineering Limited, GARLAND, GSPFire, Frank Fox & Associates, Carron + Walsh and will be operated by Mowlam Healthcare Services.
