The 12 month defect period is up on the South Mall office block in Cork. We refurbished this last year and we passed with flying colours. The project included the complete demolition and refurbishment of a five story office block above existing ground floor. We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the “Excellence in Collaboration” category in the Fit Out Awards 2020. The project we entered into the awards was Sea Church, Ballycotton, County Cork. Rose Construction were the main contractors on the job meaning the Fit Out Awards 2020 was a joint submission. On the previous site stood a derelict church and an old school building.
